Dave, The special issue magazine from Scientific America,
Extreme Engineering - January 2000
had some awesome pictures of the Three Gorges Dam.

sciam.com

tyhee.com of our Tyhee Development Corp. has the following:

"... plans to become a leading exploration company in search of world
class deposits in countries that possess favourable investment climates."

I was hoping that Tyhee could restrict itself to Canada, stay close to home
and not venture to far away lands like Mongolia. Thought that there was
more than enough opportunities in Canada at present, and if so, then after
these are settled in and producing for Thyee, then we could then gamble
and speculate and use not needed money and go way away out there for those
friendly but higher risk places not Canada.

Imagine you being up north in Canada, middle of winter, looking for rocks,
the wind chill temperature a few degrees above Absolute Zero, and then you
fly to the next work site in the Bahama Islands or French Guiana and its hot.
You know the damage done to stuff going from very cold to hot, like pouring
boiling water onto a block of ice and snap crackle & pop. Safer to stay cold.
