I am not comfortable in your labeling all homosexuals as "deviants" and proposing barring them from teaching (especially teaching math). I think we ought to hire anyone who can actually teach math, even if we had to put him in a cage to protect the children from assault.
You can see the trouble that Dr. Laura got herself in from describing homosexuals as "deviants."
I have to repeat that we recently convicted an army chaplain who is a priest of the Roman Catholic church for sexual assault on a 13 year old boy. This is the latest of many similar incidents throughout the world. Our bishop was accused of similar offenses, but the plaintiff was bought off. I am not prepared to label all RC priests as homosexual rapists, but the church despite its huge damages have been reluctant to clean homosexuals out of the priesthood. I think they are right to protect the homosexual priests' rights to their sexual orientation, but should concentrate on promoting consensual relationship in order to protect the kids. I think it would be a good idea for the church to open up to clean, healthy sexual relationships, even marriage, for priests. Homosexual marriage between priests is not likely to be permitted very soon, but it is already making headway among the Episcopalians. I believe the only way that the church can keep the priests hands' off of children is to open up normal sexual releases for both homosexual and heterosexual priests. Alternatively, they might try, as Paul suggested, castration on ordination.
