Since I don't have the necessary short position to be an accessory (wish I did) I want to state publicly that I fully support Pluvia's and Anthony's research and investigation into this company. I was hoping for a point by point response from the company to the allegations. So far that hasn't happened. Kind of hard to get to the dialectic of truth when only one side wants to talk. Hence my comment about a trading halt being the ultimate vindicator in this matter.

The only observation I might add, and the one that brought this company to my attention, is that since I have been reading SI I have never, ever once seen a company that has executives post on their stock symbol's discussion thread that was not a stock distribution scheme. Never once. Is it your position that ECNC should be exempt from that red flag which has been historically 100% accurate? It seems to me that officers in a company should be more concerned with getting new customers rather than new stockholders.

Best,
Jimmy Liberato
