Terabeam is a last mile solution originating at the POP. DWDM hasn't made it to the metro backbone yet, nevermind to the curb. Additionally, it is "line of sight" technology and is questionable for critical business applications. Although they may collide with JDSU in the future, they aren't an immediate threat, IMO.
