Last weeks ICGE buy of Harbor Ring [Hong Kong}[toy mold co} is a sign of things to come.Playmates Toys which owns 15% of Harbor Ring was up 150% in the week PYMTF.The word in HKT was MAT and ETOYS may be next.So don't think a deal like DIS/MAT is out of the question. {read Barons 3/10}

ICG, Hutchinson disclose ICG AsiaWorks terms

NEW YORK, March 10 (Reuters) - Internet Capital Group Inc. <ICGE.O> and Hutchison Whampoa Ltd. <0013.HK> further disclosed on Friday the financial terms for their new ICG AsiaWorks Ltd. deal.

The companies and Li Ka-Shing Foundation Inc. said Thursday they would buy control of Hong Kong toy maker Harbour Ring International Holdings <0715.HK>, which will be renamed ICG AsiaWorks.

In a statement, the companies said the acquisition terms were $116.8 million by Internet Capital Group, $17.6 million by Hutchinson and $10.6 million by Li Ka-shing Foundation.

After the completion of the deal, Internet Capital Group will hold 55 percent of the company; Hutchinson will hold 15 percent and Li Ka-shing will hold 5 percent.
