Ed- I'm very aware of all the network stocks being up, mainly due to CSCO being upgraded by Merrill and many of them breaking though the 50 day moving average. I disagree with you that it is not time to buy. I've been waiting for Osicom to break through 8 1/4 before buying, which it did today. 8 1/4, in my mind, was a key resistance level that it has retreated from several times over the last couple weeks. I bought for that technical reason, plus the fact they are releasing several new products at the Interop show, not to mention that it is undervalued in my opinion. BI Research just gave it a Strong buy up to 12 and we know what happened last time they gave a strong buy on FIBR.
