Given the recent problems with the proprietary memory cards for the Sony and Palm OS platforms I believe several on this Thread will have to retract statements that removable flash memory is a "commodity". If creating flawless removable flash memory solutions were a simple matter of manufacturing a "commodity" I doubt that these industry giants would be struggling with it... messages.yahoo.com messages.yahoo.com Long time Thread members may also recall earlier difficulties with SmartMedia and cross-platform applications such as the Diamond Rio! There are still labelling changes on the Diamond Multimedia boxes that warn of these conflicts. Ausdauer
