"ACTIVE registered users only 73,000 in UK and 40odd thousand in the rest of territory." Another piece of the puzzle filled in. Assuming 59.8 MM shares outstanding (correct me if I am wrong), the $1.26 offer values the company at $75.348 MM. Each of the active subscribers is being valued at approximately $667. FREE's active subscribers are being valued at $4,700 to $5,000 each, but, given FREE's dominant position and financial muscle, I would suggest that a premium is appropriate.
