Yes I heard that also but I believe the spin off with the newest scenario on reverse mergers makes it good for the shareholders because an IPO will have to be done. Things are getting more difficult for the OTCs to conduct business as usual ... CVIA since taken over by Keith is a prime example of what can happen ... GAry
