Tony - If you believe Gerstner's "dumbell" analogy, IBM will move to get out of the hardware business all together - but my sense is that they will milk that for all it's worth as they move along, and the ROI in the big Iron is way better than the smaller stuff, so look to see that happen slowly. IBM is a whole lot less of a technology force than they used to be, but a BIG power broker...
