CLIC has been in a steady down trend since November 1999. If you look at it on a 6 month chart you can draw an almost perfectly level trendline across the tops of its peaks which is still headed down.

Just eyeballing I would say the next rise will top about $43-$44. Each recent past rise shown to begin after stochastics signals seems to have resulted in a fast burst to the upside followed by a move back down to sideways and then heading to a new low.

The stock news to make a close above that upper trend line in order to establish a new up trend.
