SCII: The facts & the fiction
Facts:
1. SCII owns nothing and may never own anything.
2. The acquisition is delayed and may be off!
3. The technology is not tested and may prove faulty.
4. If the technology does work, ITES may only license it to Net2Wireless, retaining key rights in ITES!
5. Net2Wireless website introduces new terms no one in the wireless world can understand. This is a form of subterfuge to keep up the hype! (Key players in wireless won't buy into it, and Partner is hesitating even when ITES foots the bill!)
6. Many cheerleaders use Institutional onwership as their main basis to justify the investment claiming investors like Goldman Sachs MUST KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING! Well ask Goldman why they owned over 1,000,000 shares of ETYS as it lost 80% of its value. They own about 30,000 shares of SCII. Ask Mellon Bank about their investment in NMGC. Institutional investors make many bets, and a lot of them go south.
7. This stock is surrounded by zealous cheerleaders who try to stomp out any attempts to ask valid questions that cast doubt on this shaky shell company.
8. Many supposed deadlines have come and gone and the only progress is a piss poor website that is registered to someone who has no links to any of the companies (SCII/ITES/N2W don't know who he is!) Its possible that one of the hypsters put up a website and linked to news articles.
9. Due to slow progress, they lost the name Net2Wireless for internet use, it now belongs to Datalink.
10. Many other companies have working technology, working demos, and have appeared in many trade shows. ITES/N2W have none of this, and only now are claiming to be appearing in a trade show this summer.
11. Even one of the SCII's main cheerleaders, Jon Markman, finally admitted he had never seen a demo and that he owns no shares and that its by far the riskiest stock he included in his infamous list. For weeks he has promised an update in the coming days, but provides no more info as he is scared of his reputation being damaged by this scamstock.
Fiction 1. SCII purported to appear at Goldman Sachs conference - NOT! 2. Claims that Orange is using the technology in new videophone - NOT! 3. Talked about on CNN or CNNfn - NOT! 4. That the deal with N2W is complete - NOT!
I could go on and on, but its pointless.
I think this stock will be selling at book value very soon, and book value is about 25 cents. |
