Mickey, be careful of ATCD , my research shows that a 200+/- for 1 reverse split is coming and some other things have to happen before the deal is consummated; I will do more DD tomorrow. Also March 31 is the deadline or the deal may be dead. It was supposed to close about March 3rd. The worst may be that the stock that ATCD shareholders get may be restricted. If you have other info or contradictory evidence, please PM me or post publicly. I assume you have checked their 8K on freeedgar. I don't want anyone to go into this stock unless their eyes are WIDE open. If I am wrong about any of this I apologize, but that is what 2 hours of research revealed.
