Eric L: Thanks. Re: "On February 28 Qualcomm announced the MSM5100 chipset for CDMA 1XRTT which provides support for a removable user identification module (SIM/R-UIM)." Since the MSM5100 chipset is the 1XRTT set, that is good news. That means that phones could be introduced as early as this fall which could use CDMA SIM cards, or is that pushing it too early? More importantly, what is your opinion of how serious the CDMA phone suppliers are on SIM cards? Have seen several stories that China Unicom has made clear to the Koreans that the CDMA phones they will buy will need SIM card capability. Is that accurate as far as you know? Best. Chaz
