stef, there is some risk nobody wants the new company and the price opens low. i'm trying to digest that risk. however, if it opens at the valuation genzyme has targeted or higher, the return will be over 40%. i think the probability that it opens at a 25-30% discount is slim.

i think the lack of details is what has, in part, caused this recent sell off.
