I know Buffett takes a very long term view, so perhaps he means that technology changes too fast for him to pick companies that fit his paradigm. Certainly most tech companies are not what he would call "sensibly priced", either. But this means that he is writing off the companies that are driving and changing our economy, because he can't or won't learn what they do. That's why I said dinosaur.
