well, you used the words cookies and web site, not me ""when ever i click to send an e-mail to a web-site* i am using i get harassed with cookies asking to me to install MSFT2000 WORD"* and you said it happens with email. so i'm afraid i'll have to pass. i'm sure you'll get the help you need. good luck
