It helps me get things done fast. I am always first!! Yep it is crazy here. I either need to go work for a .com or make money in the market. Right now I am counting on the market. And another thing....folks are buying vacation houses sight unseen. If you want to buy in Tahoe you need to trust your realestate agents taste because you don't have time to drive the 4 hours to see it. Here Condo's that usually take a few months to sell now sell in a day and over asking. The scary part is that this is no SV or SF ... it is a burbs of SF.
