So , now you feel very confident that MyTrade will not "freeze up" in the morning gaps, after doing this maintenance?
Other than doing your regular status checks...have you yourself ever tried using MyTrade on a regular basis during these critical and crucial trading times yourself? At the EOD? Might change your perspective rather---->rapidly ...as to just how well MyTtrade performs!!
Why don't you click on MyTrade sometime yourself, on an IPO, and watch that screen "Freeze" up, just about every time, making it almost impossible to even exit that mode, change price/orders or anything else. Access to real-time acct positions and summaries is all to often a crapshoot. Great sense of "confidence" one gets from these experiences. Do this one thing for me and report back here just how well MyTrade does on a fast moving issue.
These are the tools of what adds up to "Trading like a Pro" ?
Would be very nice to think that you are actually going to fix these ever recurring problems...as of now the only way to be asssured of locking in a profit with MyTrade is to sell pre-mrkt, it seems....as it all to often totally fails during the gaps, for minutes on end, or times out at the EOD. Friday's AM crash was not an exception but more the rule, as you should well know. Hell of a feeling not to have the slightlest confidence in a trading platform that has so frequently failed in the am. Don't think you would like to have this experience either...if your money was on the line....Oh and MYtrade timed out on me Friday EOD too.
* but hope you are not going to respond by saying everything is working fine over at MyTrade or that these are problems of the past...if you are ,please don't waste anyone's time by doing so....save it for the next "Rosey" commercial.
---> It's very much the time to get your Sh*t together Rick, over there. Too many months of constant problems, and promises, yet nice to know that you are really going to do something about it now....perhaps? Maybe? Someday?
We shall see tomorrow am and the rest of this week, shouldn't we, Richard....
