BOB: Naked short selling is illegal. Additionally, naked short selling is a tool of the Reg S/D crowd who sell and then convert right afterward. That is legal b/c they will deliver the stock. If you remember, those are the people that buy stock at $8.25 if they converted today and then sell it to you at $11. So far I am sticking to what works for me, thank you. And I am happy that the smart $ is buying the stock when I short it ($14 a few short weeks ago) and its the smart guys lwho buy it form me at $10.50 yesterday. However, if I could've bought in on SOLV latest placement I would be happier. And BTW, BOB, I appreciate your attempts to drive up the stock, allowing me to short more and add some %.
