I found this post on Yahoo and thought that it might interest you. It is unedited and was just cut & paste:

Thanks for your opinion on ANTX. I got in at around $1.50 and I'm still holding. I spoke to the CFO a few days ago and she was very tight-lipped; she's an attorney and was very
reluctant to say much. But she did say that they are seeking a NASDAQ listing. However, they need 30 consecutive days over 4 and the stock closed one day last week just under 4. I
don't know if the count has to start all over again. She also said that they have already been appproached by Big Pharma, but didn't mention any names in particular (as you might expect).
She said their cash position was solid.

I think drug-resistant bacteria are a much bigger problem than has been assumed. The lead, front-page article in the Valley News here in Los Angeles presented a disturbing picture of
how prevalent these bacteria are in local hospitals. It said--if you can believe it--that around 29% of all hospital incurred staph infections are drug-resistant. I think this will be a huge
market and companies dealing with the problem will see their stocks shoot up, especially when the media gets hold of the issue and starts scaring the hell out of everyone. Headlines:
DON'T GO TO THE HOSPITAL; DON"T EVEN VISIT SOMEONE THERE: YOU MAY (NOT)LIVE TO REGRET IT!!

ANTX claims to have "novel compounds" to deal with drug-resistant bacteria that are truly revolutionary. But they won't say what they are until the patents are approved. I know from
personal experience that Vancomycin("drug of last resort")is not working in many cases. A friends of a friend of mine--a nurse--contracted a drug-resistant strain and we were sure she
was going to die. (She went down to 72 lbs.) But a combination of drugs seems to have saved her life. The ordeal was frightening. Another friend of a friend died within 72 hrs. after
contracting some drug-resistant strain. It's scary.

Big Pharma is working on the problem and I think Rhone-Poulenc and Schering-Plough have advanced compounds. Among the smaller biotechs, Cubist(CBST) is the most advanced
with a compound in Phase III. I own some Microcide(MCDE)which just entered Phase I with their drug. (The stock has more than doubled since I bought it, mainly on the basis of the
announcement about entering clinical trials.) IF ANTX gets its patents and IF they start to license them and IF they partner the compounds they want to develop themselves with a Big
Pharma and IF they get their NASDAQ listing, I'll take you on an all-expenses paid trip to the Bahamas. Good luck on your investments. If you hear anything more about ANTX, let me
know.
