I don't think you've missed anything. NNCI is a bargain IMHO. The only negative, which will be solved soon, is the lack of a NASDAQ listing. NNCI applied in October and the process takes about 6 months I'm told. I'm assuming that the move to the NASDAQ will result in a change in NNCI price.
