I agree we will likely see an ITE financing soon and with a deal flow like the one ITE has exposure too, I suspect that we will see a rather large private placement. Why buy into larger and more expensive b2b incubators when you can get a team with the quality of the deal flow that ITE has? For example, the next round of financing for Elastic Networks will be much larger. One of the few ways to participate will be through ITE. I am sure ITE would like to take a much bigger bite in Elastic's next round of financing and larger bites in other similar quality opportunities. The leverage and diversification offered through ITE should make an initial private placement financing fairly easy. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if Argentum and Manulife become big subscribers in an ITE private placement. We could get to $10 a heck of a lot faster than I thought possible and upwards from there:-))
