I guess this is round 2. Let me clearify something. Don't have a problem with folks that short, just folks that come storming on an use words like all contracts are canceled, fraud, liers, ect., ect..

Like yourself, you made it very clear that you are a shorter but don't want to play by the rules. You know that this stock has know where to go but up. You and the gang read the T/As wrong and it was going to cost you all a ton of money to cover your shorts. So what you have all done is, what is called a conspiracy. Take a short position on a stock and then try to drive the price down. That is illegal. Thank you.;-)) Try calling up the SEC on that. Also, my understanding is that a felon can't be in the investing business as a business. You still tout yourself as an investment securities company. Isn't that illegal???? Your buddy Steve is doing the same thing. Now please correct me if I am wrong???????
