Like I asked a group of Doctors in a small Southern town to raise their hands if their money was uncovered in the market. I ask them to remember that because they always say what if the stock goes down and yet their stock would be down to BUT uncovered and no premium.

My point is pity the poor fellow who was not covered.

Now back to your scenario - One month we write call when the stock price is 90 and we received $20,000 on our 1,000 shares. Next month the stock drops to 50 and we write calls for only $15,000, poor baby, just teasing. Maybe next month you write them for $25,000. IT IS ALL IN THE MONTHLY CAPSULE and you have to psyche yourself for it. the fact that we live in a monthly billable world is what makes this so powerful.
