Hi Blue, it's so good to talk about stocks on our own board again - it's been a long time! Let's hope we'll remain uninterrupted by childish disruptions from now on. Clearing the air, more like lighting matches in a bus station restroom. Saying it straight blows the stink off.
Friends Of Techride, You Know Who You Are ... The Board Is Ours, and The Coast Is Clear. It won't be long til we get an uninterrupted Milennium discussion going again, pals!
Picture of the day - March 12, 2000 - A GR8 Techride Omen!!!
antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov Yep indeedy.
re: the Market - just a clown with money where my mouth is -
(just IMHO, holding 'em, do yer own DD) BoyOBoy, THIS IS SOME SHAKEOUT!! It's a real mean one, taking it to the edge around taxtime with marginers and big '99 gains (Be Prepared, some good Techride advice. Remember?). Well, yeah, the stakes are proportionately high, too .... Sooooooooo....HOLD ONTO THE BAR!!!
I was so very pleased how immediately after ELNK bought MSPG, there were a nice amount of added ELNK shares in my account (when I hadn't held any MSPG). Now THAT's how a Company behaves when it's looking out for the shareowners!
Haven't been on the new momos, just holding what I already got lately - but thanks for those tickers Blue, will look 'em up. Recently got evened up, because of the time of year. Still got my doubleplusgoods as longs - amzn, athm, bnbn, cmgi, corl, elnk, ge, gnet, go, goto, in, lcos, lu, msft, qcom, t, tcty, thcg, yhoo, a few others. Been rather kicked back, waiting for the subsector to catch fire again, which it will (IMHO, money where my mouth is), trade some gains/splits for momos when the time comes. Nice 'n easy. At this point, they're all freeriders. Thanks, Blue.
Put some back into more core "old economy" stocks, too. There's some mighty cheap yields out there right now (take that Corporate Welfare check to the bank!) pays for demdar shares in doubleplusgood compound interest-rate time. That is, of course, as long as we don't have a manipulated Depression again just in time for the Baby Boomlets workforce to hit the market and blow away folks retirement savings in lieu of Social Security dependence.
LOL, gimme a break.
Might or may not hop back on insp. Quacked it so many times on the way up, time to give it a rest til the split - maybe or maybe not, will see how it does from here.
I sure do hope our posts with these uncoded DD tickers don't put Techride on The Hot List and waste people's time finding only that someone's holding 'em waiting for 'em to go up, Blue. Don't wannabe a LOL Hot List Loo-Hoo-Hooser on the first day back to normal.
