Nope, you are right. Content, in our view, is a commodity. We have not and
probably never will own the content. The barrier to entry is the 33 patents
pending, and one just approved, we have our technology that ranges from our
own integration technology that integrates information with other services
such as communcation and commerce, our promotions technology that gives us
the ability to deliver online promotions that can be used online and
offline, our e-wallet technology that gives us single-click ability, our
messaging technology that enables users to send and receive messages from
any device to any device and others.
