I read your post, but could not determine your position from it.

Any person that possesses a loaded handgun must at all times attempt to ensure it does not get into the wrong hands.

It is one thing if a thug hits you from behind with a 2X4 and takes it, but another if you leave it lying somewhere that a six year old can find it.

It is still not the gun's fault that it fell into the wrong hands.
