don, considering 17 of the 19 investments in the INS portfolio are private companies, only 2 INS investments are public companies. The INS valuation compares favorably to their competition. AtheroGenics has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of Common Stock the prospectus should be available in April 2000. This IPO should bring some attention to INS. john
