Well MyTrack,

Currently a customer of datek, unsatisfied i might add. Was spending my weekend researching a new broker,read all 400+/- posts. Your web site looked great. Came here and began reading. Sadly, imust inform you i am appalled at your lack of attention to your customers and the extremely high level of dis-service you are providing your customers.
To name one that extremely stuck in my mind as i was reading
these posts was the select "ignore HRZG", and ALL ORDERS STILL GO TO HRZG.. that is a selectable option in your software and you admit it doesnt work? And has been that way for some time it would seem. As a customer, that is extremely unacceptable. I wont list other situations i read that persuaded me NOT to open a accnt w/ you, but i would say stop the advertising and fix your platform. With the advent of the internet, traders like never before talk about, and with each other about their fills/whose their broker. Probably the most asked question second to "whats your position?". Let your customers come to you by word of mouth due to you truly being the best and you can do that by stop spending all your capitol on adverts and build yourself the best quality platform with the best trained customer service reps. Do that and customers will flock to you. Currently, all OLB do not get this and have yet to provide this. Be the first to become the industry leader,..
