I have spent a considerable amount of time researching Capital Alliance Group Inc since it came across my radar screen early this year. My goal was to assess it as a potential investment. I was not sure if it was to be a short-term investment or something that I wanted to hold in my portfolio for the longer term.

While conducting my research, I shared my thoughts with a friend of mine who posts under the name - Crazy Canuck (CC). Many of you may know CC from his excellent work on WEB, ADSN, ANC, JDX, and many other great finds. We agreed that working together to understand the story would be more efficient for both of us. So we set to work to find out what was going on. I can tell you that we have both come to the conclusion that CPT's business model, is not only viable, but it holds a tremendous potential that could be hard to rival.

While we have been sharing our research and thoughts, I felt it was time to share this research with others on the Internet. The following few posts are the first of many to come, and I hope that they will clearly convey this company's story. Both CC and I believe the story is an exciting one with great long term potential, and to support our convictions, we both have taken significant share ownership positions in this company. It is a holding that neither CC or myself plan on selling any time soon. We feel that the upside potential is just too great.

The following posts are intended as a first pass overview and should not be mistaken as a full analysis of the company.

I feel that it is essential to state that neither CC or myself is employed by this company, nor have we been reimbursed in for posting information on this company. I just consider myself a shareholder who believe that they have a compelling story that needs to be told.
