Manfred--This sort of failure will certainly lead to a substantial delay (several months at least) before another Sea Launch is attempted. Insurance premiums will also be likely to increase. What was the original schedule for XMSR on Sea Launch? Can they continue to service their debt if they are delayed 6+ months? Will SIRI respond positively to a negative event for their competitor?
