Hi Dealer,

it is ironic you brought up the MM's. Let me ask you a couple of questions. What month is it? Yep, March, the third month of the quarter and about two weeks before all the Mutual Funds have to report, right?

Why is the NAZ futures down 26 pts. Any real reason? Nope

They simply will try and scare all of us out of the NAZ stocks into their value stocks so their Mutual Fund reports will look better.

In order to keep from hurting their tech portfolios, what stocks were upgraded today? yep you guessed it. Two of the most widely held High Tech stocks, DELL and INTC. By using this upgrading at a time when they pull the NAZ futures down they keep their damage to a minimum.

As for QCOM, as I sated in the Beano Brothers, I was not impressed at all with what I saw, especially the 8 point retracement from the high.

Guess who is on CNBC in prime time this morning? Brother Niles and guess what stock he is boosting, Dell computer.

What is Ned Riely co host on CNBC pushing this morning? Yep P&G.
