Bill, i think you're hitting the nail on the head here...btw, Kernan from CNBC correctly remarked that it's rather ominous to see all those formerly 'cautious' strategists come out and call for Nasdaq 6K all of a sudden...these guys are traditionally 'WRONG!' <g>
