ELON is my pick, but one has to think long term, BIOM is very speculative since your son is still young I could see buying it only if you watch it for him, I would wait to after the econ. numbers myself. NATP is another one that should be keeper, CREE seems to have ran it's course of now, that others I don't follow closely. G
