Richard, you may be very close to the real oil play, the election of Gore. Let's walk it through. Clinton kills the perceived economy early this year with oil pricing. People are scared that the end is near and they see their 401k's suck. Clinton (a Gore initiative, maybe Ms Clinton's too.) starts to ease oil prices, the market go nuts (up) just before the elections. Would you put that past Clinton/Gore? LOL LOL
