David -

What your overlooking is that NAV already takes these favorable pre IPO prices into account.

5x NAV assumes that EBLD is worth 30 bucks when it trades at six....and if it ever gets to $30 in the open market, then TSSW's shares are worth $150 (??)

Yes...ICGE has traded as high as 11X....more bubble fodder.

Sold out at 1...2...and my final holdings went out the door @ 3.50-3.75....does this make my comments irrelevant?

Still think TSSW is doing much better than previous mgmnt...just find major flaws in the reasoning behind your price targets. Dunno who RAZO is...but I don't have alot of faith in self serving analysts.

Lots of companies jumpin in to the incubator biz in the last couple years...ICGE and CMGI are simply the glamour names...using them as comparables for price targets is unrealistic. More of them sell at less than 1x than those that sell at the bubble targets of 3-6x.

Don't let your zeal for any one stock damage your analytic credibility.
