Another one I'm looking at is GMCH. The company has announced a spin off offer to existing stockholders. For every two shares you own of GMCH, you can purchase one share of the spinoff for 5 cents. Per this news link below, the spinoff shares will be freely tradeable.

GMCH could be a nice one to hold to get the spinoff.
