Thanks for taking the time to educate me, SB. I've been hearing dire warnings about our national debt and the 30 year bond rate for years, but I haven't seen the recent moves to raise interest rates affect the nasdaq in general or my personal holdings in specific. This being the case, why should I try to factor Fed moves or the 30 year bond into my investment decisions?

As far as Dr. Greenspan is concerned, some define his primary role as Defender of the US Dollar. If this is the case, wouldn't you agree that he has done a fine job? I've never seen the US economy or the Greenback in better shape.
