Hi Mike, Yup, gas has moved up to the next level in pricing. I see it slowing moving up over the next few years. Heck as demand increases due to the switching over of gas to run electrical generation plants, more heavy trucks, home heating, etc I see the demand continuing to grow. I read recently that in order to meet demand there has to be something in the order of 750 wells spuded per year. Currently the article was talking about 150.... Actually I've been pleased about ADDA's move up from 03 to .09. Some of the other partners in the Winfield Ranch have seen amazing vol. and pricemovement. Most notably T&H Resources. Check out their vol. and movement over the last month. I believe that we are seeing people in the "know" positioning themselves for a settlement in favor of the partners. From what I hear the partners case is very very strong, i.e, they did everything right...metalurgists on site when pipe was pulled as it came out of the hole to give their analysis, affadavits at the time, etc. So, if poor ADDA can keep it together I think we will be handsomely rewarded. Regards, Lew Here's an interesting bookmark for ADDA. cdnx.ca |
