Zeev Head,
I hope you can take a minute and clear up a couple of nagging questions I have re the conversion to equity on MU.
I believe that the % of dilution you used was 20%. On the
face of it, it appears to be much lower than that. Am I
overlooking something? Also, wouldn't it be financially
advantagious to MU to lift $1billion from liability to
to equity? Just a couple of questions before I make a
jump on puts.
