(NASDAQ:NETM), a leading supplier of eBusiness access and application integration solutions, today announced that Seagate Software, Inc., leader in business intelligence software, has integrated SupportNow(tm) into Visual Internet Support Incident Tool (VISIT), their global interactive real-time support solution. The VISIT service is operated by Seagate Software's highly trained technical staff and is available at no additional charge to Seagate Software Enterprise and Priority Support customers.

VISIT is Seagate Software's real-time support solution that enables the support call center to actually see a customer's problem as it is occurring on the screen and resolve the problem over the Internet.
