<I try not to think about the future too much - the profits I calculate are so large, my engineer brain has a hard time believing I haven't screwed up the math!>
ASIC sales = 1bn per year x $30 @ 40% margin x 30 P:E = $240bn Royalties = 1bn devices per year x 4% of $100 [yes, Anita [TM]devices will get this cheap] x 90% profit x 30 P:E = $108bn
Plus, WirelessKnowledge, Wireless Internet LaunchPad, SnapTrack, Cinecomm, Kodak/Q!, Eudora, 724 Solutions [a tiny shareholding there I believe], Korea Telecom Freetel [HDR stuff], Phone.com [some shares there], pdQsuite, Condor, Wireless Business Solutions [OmniTRACS and stuff], [and last and hopefully not least, 6% or so shareholding in Globalstar, plus gateway sales, handset sales, ASIC sales, royalties]. Then, when Eudora acts as the carrier of the world's new currency [Alan Green$pan's having been largely dumped for Q, which will be the encrypted, Eudora delivered, Web money based on people's net value at their securities firm such as Datek, Schwab, Prudential, Waterhouse] the multitrillion banking world will be disintermediated and that will be really a LOT of fun!!! No more exchange rates, fees, delays, chequebooks or checkbooks, credit cards and muck. Pure, free-flying, supersafe, tax-free, superfast, supercheap, Q.
Let's say a couple of $$trillion market cap? About IBM, MSFT and Intel combined.
Ah, Bliss!! [not Richard] Mqurice
PS: Funny how Mike Drummond and San Diego Union Tribune only get things sort of right. |
