Xerox Europe standardizes on JetForm(R) technology for internal use

Also Signs On as JetForm Reseller to Deliver Document-centric,
e-Process Technology to Customers

OTTAWA and LONDON, UK, March 13 /CNW/ - JetForm(R) Corporation (Nasdaq:
FORM, TSE: JFM), the global leader in workflow and e-forms, and The Document
Company, Xerox Europe today announced an agreement where Xerox Europe has
standardized on JetForm Output Pak(R) for SAP R/3 as the corporate standard
for the automation of internal administration processes. Under a separate
agreement, Xerox has also become a JetForm reseller to deliver
document-centric e-process software to its customers. Under this agreement,
Xerox will provide the full range of JetForm's e-process software to their
markets.

With JetForm Output Pak for SAP R/3, Xerox aims to improve internal
management and reporting capabilities from its European-wide SAP Enterprise
Resource Management (ERP) system based in the U.K. Members of Xerox
Professional Services team are involved in the internal deployment of the
JetForm software.

"The experience in deploying the JetForm Output Pak for SAP R/3
internally will add to our overall document solutions capabilities that we can
take into the markets we serve," said Andy Jones, principal consultant for
worldwide Manufacturing Industry Solutions. "We intend to use our internal
systems as a showcase for what we can provide to our customers. Although Xerox
has been traditionally focused on the document management and output arenas,
JetForm's capabilities can help us move swiftly into providing complete
document processing solutions from input, e-process and output. Our customers
are looking for solutions, including workflow, that allow companies to
integrate paper-based, hard copy data from ERP and customer relationship
management (CRM) systems with IT systems. JetForm's e-process framework is
uniquely positioned to provide these capabilities."

"The adoption by Xerox for internal use, together with the commitment to
utilize and promote JetForm's complete range of solutions into the wider
market where Xerox operates, is a significant step forward for JetForm," said
Peter Meehan, managing director, JetForm UK. "Xerox is a very important
partner for us as they focus entirely on solutions that improve paper-based
processing. Our Web-based systems provide Xerox with capabilities their
customers need and want - the ability to automate the generation of customer
touch-point documents and present them in a variety of formats such as print,
HTML and PDF."

Xerox is undertaking a major fast-track implementation of SAP to provide
"Shared Services" for its European operations. Xerox will use JetForm's Output
Pak for SAP R/3 to achieve a consistent look and feel for customer-facing
documents, and to speed management reporting from SAP. "JetForm's
multi-lingual SAP Output Pak technology is ideally suited for Xerox," said Gil
Cutler, SAP project director of Xerox Limited. "The graphical design tools
enable us to quickly develop, re-use and adapt the output we need. JetForm
provides the productivity we need to meet our tight deadlines, but while this
is important, the bonus we get is in the quality of the output for
documentation that reaches our customers."
