At least as far as TKLC is concerned, I'm very convinced it will work out very well. Over the next couple of quarters their sales momentum and backlog will continue to increase. New products will come out in the summer and sooner or later TKLC will get bought out. They are becoming much too critical to effective convergence to not be gobbled up.
