31% of CMGI is held by institutions because they place great value on the investment decisions of incubator CEO's. Why don't those institutions just mirror the investment decisions of CMGI? Because they cant buy at pre IPO prices and lack the intimate sector knowledge of CMGI. That's why CMGI is trading at 132 (84 times earnings)
