RE: What will happen if a crash occurs.

I have been saying that for weeks. The average high tech and momentum investor (and daytrader) can kiss his/her ass goodbye if he/she doesn't have stop loss orders in place. It's not a question of IF they will be able to trade because THEY WON'T! This should be obvious just by looking at what is happening lately to the brokerage systems.

"Oh, I'll just phone my broker". GET REAL! You will either get busy signals, or you will be in a two hour queue, behind 300 others wanting to sell/short the same stocks, waiting for a broker. Then, when you are next, the broker will pick up the phone, hang it up, and quickly pick it up again so it doesn't ring while he goes to the bathroom. Guess where that leaves you? Don't laugh, it happens!

This is probably the only sector that even has a chance of going up in a crash
