Hello Ernie, Just got off the phone with the company. Everything is in tack and they are looking to be back trading by the end of the week if everything goes well with the SEC.;-)))) As far as Manny's phone being disconnected, they are getting him a new line. The companies lawyers are doing their job and I would suspect that certain individuals will be hearing from them in short order. Talked to the SEC today in D.C.as far as getting a read on how to proceed with an investigation on the actions of certain individuals. Am starting the paperwork as we speak.;-)))) Look forward to seeing everything back to normal by next week the latest.;-)))) Catcha on the upside, Ron
