Niles has proven once again that although he understands where revenues and net income come from, he doesn't realize what moves markets.

All of Niles' points have been incorporated into Intel's rise thus far this year. None of his points are market movers at this point in time.

The upside in Intel is minimal. It may outperform the S&P (thus justifying a 'buy' rating in the institutional world) but in my book, a stock that goes down isn't a buy, no matter what the S&P does.
