An update on an old favorite (DELL) that's knocking on my door (back over 55..). Apparently, what they're telling analysts isn't that business is strong, or that orders are strong, but that 'proposals and bids' are strong, and that strong orders will thus come Real Soon Now. Anything you can add to confirm or deny? -mb
